Proposals are sent through Zoho for clarity and e-signature.
Step 3 — Project Kickoff
Once the proposal is approved:
- We schedule your sessions
- I review your environment in detail
- We confirm expectations and boundaries
This ensures there are no surprises on either side.
Step 4 — Setup & Training
Depending on your selected service:
- I complete the foundation setup or review
- We walk through your environment together
- I explain why decisions were made
- You ask questions focused on understanding, not urgency
Sessions are structured and time-boxed.
Step 5 — Documentation & Handoff
At the end of the project, you receive:
- Clear documentation
- Decision guidance
- Checklists you can reuse
- Confidence to manage your system responsibly
